Across the DRC, Uganda, and Burundi, we deliver three integrated pillars. Co-created with communities and tracked by clear KPIs, our projects turn compassion into measurable results: safe childhoods, resilient livelihoods, and reliable care and clean water.

Integrated Child Protection

WIN — Watoto In Need

Goal: Protect, nourish, and educate vulnerable and orphaned children in high-risk areas (focus: DRC).

Build safe, modern centers offering shelter, healthcare, schooling, psychosocial care, and social reintegration.
Target: 200 children/site; 3 sites in DRC & Uganda in 5 years.
Impact: Fewer street/abuse cases; successful school & psychosocial reintegration; readiness for independent adulthood.

Economic Empowerment & Menstrual Dignity

WOP — Women Pamoja

Goal: Tackle period poverty and boost women’s economic resilience.

Handcrafted reusable pads made by women’s cooperatives; distribution via schools, clinics, NGOs.
Impact: Hygienic, sustainable access for 10,000+ girls; reduced school absenteeism; women’s jobs.

Primary Health & Safe Water

UZIMA Initiative

Goal: Expand access to essential care and potable water in remote communities.

Direct support to rural clinics: essential meds, medical equipment, staff training with Ministries, health zones, and rural hospitals.
Impact: 100,000 patients treated/year; lower deaths from ARIs, malaria, diarrheal diseases; more trained staff.
